Susie Gives Acupuncture to Grandpa

Dean Wyatt went on and on, confident that he could make Aaron reconsider. But then Aaron glanced at his watch and said, "One hundred minutes... just a little over an hour. I have time for this."

Dean Wyatt remained silent.

It seemed like his long speech was for nothing?!

This was a very professional set of words, and he could usually handle any patient's family member after delivering this kind of speech.

But Aaron didn't even look at him, instead turning to Susie and asking, "But how are you going to do it? Is it dangerous?"

Aaron was only willing to let Susie try because of Kellen's face.

He had already decided that if Susie was only going to massage or knead his back and legs, it didn't matter much.

But if she was going to use a knife or give him medicine, then that was definitely not acceptable...

While he was considering this, Susie took out a soft cloth bag from her backpack, opened it, and revealed a set of silver needles.

"Susie is going to give Grandpa acupuncture!" Susie held up a silver needle, and Aaron seemed to see the cold light gleaming from the needle's tip.

"This... this won't do..." Aaron quickly objected.

Dean Wyatt felt like laughing again. He had thought there was no hope, but Susie once again gave him hope!

He frowned and shook his head. "A child doing acupuncture? That's nonsense! If she randomly pokes around, won't the old man suffer..."

Seeing Aaron's firm refusal, Dean Wyatt finally breathed a sigh of relief. Now things were stable.

"Aaron, it's getting late. It's better to send the old man to a nursing home soon! We have a professional rehabilitation team..."

Aaron stood up, with a hint of regret in his eyes. "I'm really sorry. Thank you for your concern."

As for whether or not to monitor, or whether or not the truth was true, it didn't matter anymore.

He was willing to give Kellen face no matter what the truth was.

Grandpa started yelling anxiously, looking worried.

With his current condition, he was better off trying Susie's acupuncture.

When all else failed, desperate times call for desperate measures!

It was better than being taken away by outsiders and feeling worse than death...

Dr. Hao comforted his father's shoulder like he always does.

"Dad, don't worry. Forest Nursing Home is the best rehabilitation nursing home. You will get better."

Grandpa's eyes suddenly became cloudy and full of despair.

Dean Wyatt was ecstatic and stood up to make a call, saying, "Okay, I'll have someone come up right away."

Kellen said lightly, "Wish the old man a speedy recovery."

If it can't be cured, it can't be cured. Not everyone has the good fortune to have Susie help them!

Suddenly, Susie said, "Uncle Hao, grandma said to listen to her."

Aaron was stunned, "Which grandma?"

Susie said, "Your mother!"

This not only stunned Aaron, but also Dean Wyatt. "Tsk, this little thing doesn't even know that her mother has passed away? Bringing up something that shouldn't be brought up!"

Aaron smiled and was about to speak when Susie said, "Grandma says..." The little one stood with her hands on her hips, her face drawn long, pointing, and shaking her finger, " Aaron! If you dare not listen to her, I'll dream about you tonight, and you won't believe it! Let Susie give your dad acupuncture right away!"

The crowd was shocked.

Susie continued, "I see that you are blinded by flies, unable to distinguish right from wrong. Your mother is not here, and you are already confused?"

The crowd was stunned.

What is going on here!

Only Aaron and the old man were thunderstruck, staring blankly at Susie.

Susie mimicked the old woman perfectly, her eyes, movements, expression, tone, and accent... identical!

The most important thing is that Aaron's status is prominent now, but few people know that his family was poor when he was born and could barely support him.

His parents gave him a derogatory name - Aaron, which is easy to raise.

Mr. Hao's nickname is Aaron. Now, except for Aaron's parents, hardly anyone knows that his original name was Hao Aaron.

Dean Wyatt saw Aaron's shocked face and thought Susie had offended him.

He frowned and said, "This is too impolite... Didn't your teacher teach you to respect the dead?"

He wanted to say that the parents did not educate their child properly, but he thought of Kellen's relationship with Aaron and changed his words.

Kellen's eyes turned cold.

Unexpectedly, before he could explode, Aaron slapped him across the face and said, "Shut up!"

Dean Wyatt covered his face, stunned, completely unable to regain his senses.

Did Aaron just hit him? It's impossible.

Aaron is elegant and polite and would never hit anyone!

But he heard Aaron say, "Miss Susie, I'll leave my dad to you!" Susie nodded seriously, "Don't worry~ I've been studying for half a year!"

Aaron was busy getting everything ready and personally took the old man and Susie to the neighboring ward.

Then he anxiously waited outside for Susie to finish acupuncture.

Dean Wyatt questioned, "???"

I feel very confused.

The plot suddenly turned so fast.

The development is not right!

In the room, Susie held the silver needle in her little hand, put it in the sterilization tray, and let it dry.

If it were a normal adult doing this, others would think it's professional, but Susie's little appearance looks like playing house.

The old woman beside her comforted, "Don't be afraid, old man. I believe in the little girl."

Susie followed, "Grandpa, grandma said don't be afraid and believe in the little girl."

The old man replied, "Uh, uh!"

He wasn't afraid, if he was cured, it would be better, if he died, he could see his wife.

The old man's eyes were cloudy with tears. He used to not believe in ghosts in the world, but now he knows his wife has always been by his side.

Outside the door,

Aaron was waiting anxiously.

Dean Wyatt should have left, but he didn't believe a child could do acupuncture and wanted to wait and see her fail.

Kellen looked at the time, more than an hour was enough for him to investigate in the forest.

Time passed by second by second, and it had been more than a hundred minutes.

This was a VIP ward, if everyone wasn't concerned about their identity, they would all gather around the door.

Now they were all sitting at the door pretending to breathe...

"Why haven't they come out yet..."

"They really trust them, letting a child and an old man enter the ward alone..."

"Do you think there might be a doctor hiding in the ward? Or did they leave quietly without coming down?"

Dean Wyatt listened to other people's whispers. The longer Susie didn't come out, the more reassured he felt.

Nurse Lisa was very clever, not saying anything, looking like she was falsely accused—after all, she didn't believe a child could do acupuncture.

Just then, the door creaked open.

The old man was sitting in the wheelchair, just like when he entered.

The first thing Nurse Lisa saw was whether the old man was drooling. If he was drooling, it meant nothing had been cured.

But she saw the old man looking at her too, tremblingly raising his hand and pointed at her, saying, "She's lying!"

The old man's voice was very weak, but it was like thunder, shocking everyone!

"Wow...really cured?!"

"It's impossible, absolutely impossible! A little child doing acupuncture, even my dog could go to the west and bring back the scriptures!"

"But the old man really spoke!"

At this point, Dean Wyatt and Nurse Lisa's brains were buzzing, with a very bad feeling rising in their hearts...
